Shoulder Rehab Template


Are you suffering from Shoulder Pain? This template will bring you through a 4-week rehabilitation program that addresses the main impairments in individuals with shoulder pain. This may also be used to mitigate the risk for future shoulder injury!

The program has drop-down menus that enable you to choose from exercises that work well for YOU! Video links are provided for those unfamiliar with the exercises. This product is an excel spreadsheet with instructions on the first tab including education specific to people dealing with shoulder pain. There is also a directory for resources in case symptoms persist or you would like more personalized care.

*Note that this is not for anyone with signs or symptoms of radiculopathy (nerve pain traveling down the arm).
